happy birthday jonny!!!

to celebrate jonny's birthday, we decided to go away to an indoor waterpark for the night. we all had a BLAST!!! the hotel is huge, there are so many rooms and hallways and it's a little confusing, trying to find your way. the waterpark was also really big (apparently, it's america's largest, but i don't know...). we didn't do enough research before getting there, and jonny was 1 inch too short to ride ALL the waterslides, and jess was too short to ride the medium slides. but it was fine, there was still plenty to keep us busy for the 2 days. there's a big climbing area with slides that jessy was willing to go down by the end of the 2nd day, and we spent a lot of time on the lazy river and in the big wave pool. jonny liked the racing slides and the 1 tube slide he could go down. they also had a water-coaster, that was pretty fun, regardless of the fact that the ride lasted all of 15 seconds. we warmed up in the indoor-outdoor hot tub.

we had so much fun, jess asked if we could come back on her birthday. we hope you have a great year jonny, we love you so very much!

the hotel room was way nicer than our beloved residence inn in florida. i wish we could live here for 2 months! it was so fancy!!

we got lucky in the game room! we ended up with about 900 tickets! the kids got some cool goodies from the trade-in station

they woke up early enough that the sun wasn't really up yet! but they had breakfast out on the patio, it wasn't too cold yet, but it was raining.
