growing up, going to the beach at lake erie was so cool and fun! but after living in florida with the beautiful ocean crashing on the shore, just minutes from our 'hometel', it's hard to go back! one night after dinner, we decided to go to the beach and play. we knew the water was going to be chilly, but we didn't expect the cold, strong wind, or the even colder water! they played in the sand, which again is no comparison to florida. jonny made some kind of tower. we ended up playing on the playground for a while so that made the trip worth it. we'll have to see how the beach is at the end of the summer...
