aunt sumi's zoo day

nothing beats a day at the zoo with aunt sumi! we had a lot of fun and ended up spending about 5 hours there! it was such a long day, but we got to see a lot, and we really took our time at the animals that we did see.

they had the animated dinosaurs again this year. the kids were funny with their reactins. i think jessy wasn't sure if they were real or not, but jonny was acting scared for effect.

the beaver was so active that day! he would climb out of his den, dig in the bottom of the pond and hurry back inside! he swam really fast, so the picture isn't that great! but he was really cute to watch!

for whatever reason, jessy insisted on being held ALL DAY! natsumi was a trooper and held her most of the time, even though she was sore the next day! we were all very exhausted, but had a great time! we love the zoo!
