it's become tradition to go to a hotel waterpark for the kids' birthdays. so for jonny's no. 7, we went to castaway bay in sandusky. the waterpark itself was fun, smaller than kalahari, but the kids were able to go on all the slides and stuff.
we had an ice cream lunch before heading home. nutritious- and fun!
and since castaway bay is owned by cedar point we got a combo ticket that got us into the park. luckily the weather was perfect, and it wasn't too busy! we didn't stay long, but jonny rode on the millennium force and a few others. and jessy rode on the kiddie coasters. they both LOVED the roller coasters! it was hilarious to see their faces as we go up and down the hills and stuff. but the lines were a little too long to keep them interested for more than a few hours.
daddy tried the ladder climbing game. he almost made it to the buzzer too, but honestly, those things are rigged, they are impossible!
