so we finally got around to carving our pumpkins! i know it's totally late, but with joe's travel schedule and full nights and weekends together, we never had a night to get down and dirty!
jessy didn't care for the insides much, but jonny was having fun. everytime jess would touch the goop, she'd say she needs a bath! oh, i guess i shouldn't be too surprised, she's such a girly-girl!
i finally got one of those stencil books and carving tools, and they worked really well! even for jonny to get some carving done! jonny made a spider, sorry sumi, and jessy wanted a cat. i stenciled a spooky house, which i didn't even carve out, and joe made a ugly face with vomit (seeds) coming out.
all in all it was fun, and the seeds turned out ok, they could have been a little crisper, but the seasoning was yummy!
so here's to better late than never!
