we went our church's primary christmas party and it was really fun. we started off with some caroling, then the little kids went off to play some games and the bigger kids stayed in the gym to play some games.
of course we got to decorate sugar cookies. luckily this time, jonny didn't dump the whole thing of sprinkles on his cookie like last year! jessy just tried to lick the frosting off!
the big kids played the balloon game, where everyone has a balloon tied to their ankle, and you run around trying to pop the other teams balloons. jonny was really good at his evasive moves, and ended up being on of the 2 left standing from his team!
then jonny got to be the 'christmas tree' for the decorating contests, where everyone else on the team used a bag of stuff to completely cover him! they won the fastest completion, but the team of older girls won for the prettiest 'tree'.

it was really fun, and the kids were able to get to know their friends a little better. jessy had games too, but i didn't get any pictures of her, sorry...
