here is the springtime phase work that was done on the in-law suite. it was a whole lot of demolition!
the garage door was removed and a new footer was placed.
and then new french doors along the driveway and new windows were installed
a huge bay window closes up the garage door area
and the electrical wiring and studs and drywall started to appear. we also leveled the floor with new concrete
there is still more work to be done (and this is august), but at least progress is being made! we are getting closer though! more pictures to come!
