while joe and i were having fun in florida, the kids were lucky enough to spend some fun time with unlce matt and grandma and grandpa. i heard they were good, a little cranky sometimes, but that's expected.
i'm not sure all that they did, not sure if i even want to know, but they all seemed to have fun! i know they went to the history museum (one of the kids' favorites!) and swimming at the YMCA, and a trip to grandma's school. but beyond that, who knows! matt sent these pictures to us through the weekend, it was nice!
the kids somehow ran into 'skipper' the mascot of the lake county captains minor league team, i'm surprised jessy got so close without screaming!
they visited gilmour for a safety day they were having for the young students, and my mom asked if they could join in. they also made those cute pictures for us. and jonny said something about building a really tall tower.

it was cute when i came back, jessy wouldn't let go of me! she thought that i wasn't going to come back, it was so sweet! of course, i didn't mind snuggling all day! jonny on the other hand, was much more laid back about the whole situation.
